Edge Telecom are now carrying out ‘mobile’ repairs to the fullest extent of the word. Once we have a request in from one of our business customers via a call or email, we just carry out a quick validation on the handset that needs repairing (to ensure we bring the correct parts). Our engineer then jumps in an Edge Car to the customer’s workplace, and repairs on site. The customer can then pay by cash, or card, or if they have an account, via invoice.
To give an example, one of our business customers had a Director visiting from London in the afternoon with a broken handset, that required fixing quickly. They called in at 14:00, we validated the handset. Marius (one of our engineers) was at their customer site by 14:20, and handed the handset back to the customer, fully repaired by 14:40.
