Within that 10 year period, as with all technology, we have seen lots of advancements within the telecoms industry. From the birth of the iPhone and other smartphones, 2G to 3G and now 4G, a cloud-based application, to fully converged telephone systems, it has been pretty exciting.
We are continually training and learning about these new developments so that we are best placed to advise our customers on new ways to stay ahead of their competition.
Conversely, we have also adapted to how our customers’ needs have changed. We have developed an onsite handset repair service to help our clients, and now other local businesses can use this to maintain their current fleet of smartphones and tablets.
Edge Telecom also like to be positive within the community and are a very proud sponsor of Windsor Rugby Club, as well as supporting projects, such as The Blue Fox forest school.

After years of going direct to phone providers such as Vodafone, O2, Orange etc to fulfil my business phones requirement, as I felt we would get the best price and service from them, I was recommended to try Edge Telecom.
